New Hybrid System

The new FZ-X Hybrid has a Smart Motor Generator (SMG) system. This helps:

  • Give extra power when you start or speed up.
  • Turn off the engine when you stop to save fuel.
  • Start the engine again quickly when you press the clutch.

This makes the bike smoother and uses less petrol.

New Features

The hybrid model comes in a new Matte Titan colour. The normal model is still in Dark Matte Blue and Metallic Black.

It has a new 4.2-inch color screen (TFT). You can connect it to your phone using Yamaha’s Y-Connect app.

The screen shows:

  • Call and message alerts
  • Your phone battery level
  • Maps and directions on the screen

Engine and Performance

The bike has a 149 cc engine. It makes 12.4 PS power and 13.3 Nm torque. It has a 5-speed gearbox.

It has front telescopic forks and a rear adjustable shock for better comfort.

Design and Comfort

  • The fuel tank has the Yamaha logo.
  • The seat has a special design for better grip and comfort.
  • It also has traction control and single-channel ABS for safety.

What Yamaha Says

The boss of Yamaha India, Itaru Otani, said:

“People loved the hybrid system in our FZ-S bike. Now, we are happy to give it in the FZ-X too. It is good for riders who want a smart and premium bike.”

Summary

The new Yamaha FZ-X Hybrid has new tech, saves more fuel, and has many smart features. It is priced at ₹1.49 lakh. This bike is a good choice for people who want a modern and comfortable ride.
