Get Ready: 4 Exciting Compact Electric SUVs Launching Soon

4 New Small Electric SUVs Coming Soon From Big Brands

The electric car market in India is growing very fast. Many people now want electric cars because they are good for the environment and cheaper to run.

Four big car brands — Tata, Hyundai, Mahindra, and Kia — will soon launch new small electric SUVs in India. These cars will be more affordable, practical, and have good driving range.

Let’s see which new electric SUVs are coming:

1. Mahindra XUV 3XO EV

Mahindra is making an electric version of its XUV 3XO. This car has already been seen testing on roads, which means it will launch soon.

This electric SUV will be smaller and cheaper than Mahindra’s XUV400 electric car. It will likely use the same battery and motor as the XUV400 but will look a bit different.

It will compete with the Tata Nexon EV and Tata Punch EV.

2. Hyundai Inster-Based EV

Hyundai will bring a new small electric SUV based on its Inster model. This car is already sold in other countries and will come to India around the end of 2026.

The Indian version will have some changes to fit our roads and needs. It will likely have two battery options so that people can choose either a longer range or a lower price.

3. Kia Syros Electric

Kia will launch an electric version of its Syros SUV in 2026. The petrol Syros is already popular in India.

The Syros EV will use the same platform as Kia’s upcoming Carens Clavis EV. It will compete with cars like the Tata Nexon EV and Mahindra XUV400.

This electric car might have a range of more than 480 km on one charge, which is very good for long trips.

4. Tata Punch EV Facelift

Tata will launch a new updated version of the Punch EV in early 2026. The Punch EV is already one of the best-selling electric cars in India.

The new model will get a fresh look, more features, and maybe a longer driving range. It will also have design changes to match Tata’s new style.

More Choices for Buyers

These new electric SUVs will give people more choices. They will be good for daily use, save money on fuel, and help reduce pollution.

As more companies bring electric cars, prices will also become better for buyers.

The next two years will be very exciting for electric car lovers in India!
