Skoda Kushaq and Volkswagen Taigun, two popular midsize SUVs in India, are getting their first major facelift. Both were launched in 2021 under the brands’ India 2.0 project and have only received small updates and special editions so far. Now, test models have been spotted on Indian roads, confirming that a bigger update is on the way.

When Will They Launch?

Both SUVs are expected to launch around the same time – either at the end of 2025 or in early 2026. The facelifts will help them compete with newer rivals in the midsize SUV segment like the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Grand Vitara, and Toyota Hyryder.
