The electric SUV market in India will soon get many new models. Big brands like Maruti Suzuki, Tata, Mahindra, and VinFast are getting ready to launch their electric SUVs during the festive season and the months after. These new cars will come in different sizes and prices, giving buyers more choices.

1. Maruti Suzuki e Vitara

Maruti will launch the e Vitara by the end of this year or early 2026. It will be made at Maruti’s Gujarat factory for India and other countries.

    • 48.8 kWh – Smaller battery with lower range

Tata will soon launch the updated Punch EV.

Vietnam-based brand VinFast will launch the VF 6 in India.

6. VinFast VF 7

VinFast will also launch the VF 7.

  • Bigger than VF 6.
  • Midsize electric SUV.
  • Also made in Tamil Nadu.
  • Bookings open online and at showrooms.
