VinFast Makes First Electric Car in India at New Tamil Nadu Factory

✅ Big Step for VinFast in India

VinFast, a car company from Vietnam, has made its first electric car in India. This happened at its new factory in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu. The Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, M.K. Stalin, came to open the factory.

🏭 New Factory Details

The factory was built with a big investment of ₹16,000 crore. It can make up to 1.5 lakh (150,000) electric cars every year when fully ready. The factory will also give jobs to around 3,500 people.

This is a big move by VinFast to grow in India, which is becoming one of the world’s biggest markets for electric vehicles (EVs).

VinFast has started pre-bookings for its two new electric cars — VF6 and VF7. You can book one by paying ₹21,000. The prices will be announced soon.

🔋 VinFast VF7 – Bigger and More Powerful SUV

• Battery: 75.3 kWh
• Base Model: 201 horsepower, range of 451 km
• Plus Model: 348 horsepower, range of 431 km
• Size: Length – 4,545 mm, Width – 1,890 mm, Height – 1,636 mm

Both cars will come with modern features and smart technology.
