Big Event in Mumbai on August 15
Mahindra will hold a big event called Freedom_NU on August 15, 2025, in Mumbai. At this event, Mahindra will show four new concept cars and a new platform made for its future SUVs. One of the main highlights will be the first look at the electric version of the Thar.
Four New Concept Cars to Be Shown
Mahindra will reveal these four concept vehicles:
- Vision S
- Vision T
- Vision X
- Vision SXT

Vision S – Electric Scorpio N

The Vision T is likely to be the electric Thar. Mahindra says this concept is close to the final version, which means the real electric Thar may launch in the next 1 to 2 years. It will still look tough like the regular Thar but will run on electric power.
Vision X – A New Premium Electric SUV
The Vision X will show the design for the XEV 7e, a new electric SUV based on the XUV.e8 and XUV700. This model has already been seen testing on roads. It will be a bigger, more premium electric SUV, with modern design and features.
Vision SXT – Updated Pickup Truck
The Vision SXT is a new version of Mahindra’s Global Pik Up, first shown in South Africa. Now, it is based on the Scorpio N platform. This pickup will be stronger, more stylish, and ready for both Indian and international markets.
New SUV Platform to Be Introduced
At the same event, Mahindra will also show a brand-new platform. This platform is like the base of the car where all other parts are added. It will be used to build new electric and regular SUVs in the future. The platform will focus on safety, strength, and better performance.
Will the New Bolero Be Shown?
