2025 Hyundai Aura S AMT Launched in India at ₹8.07 Lakh

Hyundai has launched a new car in India — the Aura S AMT. It costs ₹8.07 lakh (ex-showroom). This is a new version with an automatic gearbox, but at a lower price than the top model.

Engine and Power

The Hyundai Aura has a 1.2-litre petrol engine. It makes 83 PS power and 114 Nm torque.

You can buy it with a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed AMT (automatic) gearbox.

The CNG version has less power — 69 PS and 95.2 Nm torque, and only comes with a manual gearbox.

The new Aura S AMT has many good features:

Maruti Suzuki June 2025 Sales: Dzire Is Number One

The Dzire was Maruti’s best-selling car in June 2025. It sold 15,484 cars, which is 15% more than June last year (13,421 cars).

The Brezza came second. It sold 14,507 cars, which is 10% more than last year.

The Ertiga was third. It sold 14,151 cars, but this is 11% less than last year.

Skoda sold 5,014 cars in June 2025. This is almost double compared to June last year when they sold 2,566 cars.

The Slavia sedan sold 896 cars, which is 27% less than last year (1,230 cars).
The Kushaq SUV sold 792 cars, which is 34% less than last year (1,198 cars).
The Kodiaq SUV sold 130 cars, a small drop from last year (137 cars).
The Octavia sedan did not sell any cars this June.

Skoda June 2025 Sales

The new Kylaq SUV gave a big boost to Skoda’s sales. It helped them grow strongly last month.

Volkswagen Sales Go Down a Little

Volkswagen sold 3,089 cars in June 2025. This is 5% less than last year when they sold 3,260 cars.

The Virtus sedan sold 1,778 cars, which is 7% more than last year (1,656 cars).
The Taigun SUV sold 1,168 cars, which is 23% less than last year (1,519 cars).
The new Golf (GTI) hatchback sold 138 cars in its first month.
The big Tiguan SUV sold only 5 cars, much less than last year (85 cars).

Volkswagen June 2025 Sales

The Virtus did well and sold more than before. The Taigun went down, and the Tiguan sold very few cars. The new Golf started okay.

Kia June 2025 Sales Report: Carens Grows Big, Others Slow Down

Kia sold 20,625 cars in India in June 2025. This is 3% less than June last year when they sold 21,300 cars. It is also 8% lower than May 2025, when they sold 22,315 cars.

Even though overall sales went down, one model — the Carens — did very well.

Carens Sales Go Up

The Kia Carens was the best performer in June 2025. It sold 7,921 units, which is 54% more than June 2024 (5,154 cars). Compared to May 2025 (4,524 cars), sales went up by 75%.

The new Carens Clavis helped boost these numbers. The Carens is liked by many families because it is spacious and comfortable.

Sonet and Seltos Sales Drop

The Kia Sonet sold 6,658 cars in June 2025. This is 32% less than June last year (9,816 cars), and 17% less than May 2025 (8,054 cars).

The Kia Seltos sold 5,225 cars in June 2025. This is 17% lower than June 2024 (6,306 cars), and 14% less than May 2025 (6,082 cars).

Both Sonet and Seltos are facing tough competition from other brands, and that may be why sales are going down.

New Model Syros Starts Slow

The new model Kia Syros sold 774 cars in June 2025. In May, it sold 3,611 cars. So, sales went down by 79% in just one month. The model started strong but dropped quickly.

Carnival Sales Steady, No EV Sales

The big Kia Carnival sold 47 cars in June 2025. This is a little more than May (44 cars).

Kia’s electric cars, the EV6 and EV9, did not sell any cars in June 2025. Last year in June, the EV6 had sold 24 cars.
